As we meet to pray in this coming year, we will focus every three months on a different topic. REMINDER: We normally meet on the 2nd Monday of every month at Opengate Church, 7:30 to 8:30pm. The first dates this year are Mon 14th Jan, Mon 11th Feb and Mon 11th March.
This is what we are feeling is right:
Jan – March
Exodus 33:1-23 – seeking that His presence lead us this year and staying on our watch,
Joel 2:1-32; Habakkuk 2:1, – restoration
Focus on young people and the family, church leaders and older people
April – June
The proposed dates are 8th April, 13th May and the 10th June.
2 Chronicles 7:14 – returning to the Lord – revival, Nehemiah 2:18-20
Building up broken walls
Focus on the unemployed, the homeless and the desperate
July – September
2 Chronicles 20: 1- 29; Isaiah 49:19-26, -Jeremiah 1:10, Psalms 24:7-10 handing over the battle to the Lord and deliverance
Focus on university students and schools
Oct – December
Revelation 2 – 3 – church to return to her first love.
Focus on the poor and on businesses
